Title: Nitsche method: weak enforcement of Dirichlet boundary conditions

Abstract: We introduce the Nitsche method for weak enforcement of Dirichlet boundary conditions in the case of Stokes equations. We show three approaches to derive this method: (i) derivation by Baltussen et al., (ii) simple method, (iii) using Lagrange multipliers, and obtain symmetric and non-symmetric versions of the Nitsche method. This method is then implemented in FEniCS finite element code and applied to the impermeability stick-slip boundary condition and Navier-slip boundary condition.
